What’s in my bag …

As a bit of an avid You Tuber viewer, one of my favourite things to watch is a “what’s in my bag” video.  I am toying with the idea of setting up my own You Tube channel but until I do, I thought I would write this week’s blog on what’s in my bag at the moment.

I have my newest sunglasses from Powder, which I love.  The are tortoiseshell and the arms are a mocha colour .  I also have my reading glasses and they too, are tortoiseshell.   Keys for house and car, and a retractable hairbrush and mirror compact that came from Boots.

A green leather wallet that carries my bank cards and cash, loyalty cards and is full of too many receipts.  A matching makeup bag with Clinique Chubby in the Nude foundation stick, Body Shop lip and cheek stick, Arrow lip balm, NYX mat lipstick in Sienna and Model Co More Brows.  I always have a notebook and pen with me, because  I often think of an idea for the blog or Instagram and if I don’t write it down I forget it in about 5 minutes.

Of course, I have my phone.  A Samsung Galaxy S6 with a cover I designed from Wrappz.  I usually carry a scarf with me, even in summer, and this one is from White Stuff.  Finally, a book by John Bude, The Cornish Coast Murder.  I’m four chapters in and I don’t know who done it.  Yet.

Finally, I should mention the bag.  This is a black leather bag from Zandra Rhodes.  It is a great size, so I can fit a lot of stuff in it. It has two large compartments and two zipped sections, two handles plus a strap to wear across the body.  It is a fairly recent purchase and I am really pleased with it.

Thanks for reading and have a great week.
