May Glossybox Review…

May has brought another great box from Glossybox.

From Scrub Love comes a Detoxifying Activated Charcoal Body Scrub that contains Avocado and Aloe Vera. Charcoal is fantastic for detoxing the skin and the Avocado and Aloe Vera are great for nourishing, moisturising and hydrating the skin.fullsizeoutput_360

Dr PawPaw is a brand that I have not tried before, but this Original Balm looks very interesting.  It can be used on lips, skin, nails and hair, so it would be a brilliant product to take if you are going on holiday, and they claim it also helps with insect bites.  It is vegan friendly and cruelty free, it does not have a scent and feels really good on the skin.  fullsizeoutput_361

Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet from Caudalie is lightweight cream to help calm sensitive skin.  It is a lovely softening moisturiser and although my skin isn’t particularly sensitive, I would definitely use this cream.

One interesting product this month is the Andmetics Brow Wax Strips.  I am slightly nervous when it comes to waxing eyebrows myself as whilst I was doing my Beauty Therapy training I thought it might be a good idea to practice as bit of waxing on myself.  Note to self – whenever I get a good idea, I should think twice.  Half an eyebrow is not a good look on anybody!  Nevertheless, I shall give them a go.

Finally, a great blusher for Summer – Coral blush by Ruby.  A lovely coral blusher always looks good on a tanned skin, so I am looking forward to trying this out.

I have to say, I have been loving the Glossyboxes I have had this year – some great new products and it’s good to try new brands.

Have a lovely week everyone.
