This Month’s Skincare Favourites …

It was extremely hard to pick this month’s favourites, as I seem to be using so many good products at the moment.  I think this is due to the fact that I have weeded out many products that don’t suit me or that I don’t like or are not value for money.

ESTEE LAUDER ADVANCED NIGHT REPAIR EYE

This is a very light and smooth eye gel that is highly moisturising and absorbing.

BEAUTY PIE PLANTASTIC MICROPEELING SUPER DROPS

A few months ago I joined Beauty Pie and this was one of the products I bought.  It is quite a watery consistency and is applied to clean skin, before serum/moisturiser.  I alternate this daily with a Glycolic Acid.

BEAUTY PIE SKIN PERFECTOR GENTLY RETINOL MOISTURE BALM

Another Beauty Pie product.  I use this retinol product twice a week in the evenings and you wake up with a very soft and smooth skin.  This can also be applied to the back of your hands.

LUNA SLEEPING NIGHT OIL BY SUNDAY RILEY

I use this oil every other night, and it is such a lovely oil – expensive, but a little goes a long way and I think it is definitely worth the cost.  As with this and all retinol/retinoids, you should always wear a sunscreen during the day.  I always use a SPF factor 50 on my face.

CLARINS EXTRA-FIRMING JOUR

This day cream from Clarins is for mature skins (like mine!)  It is meant to control wrinkles and firm the skin – well I’m not really sure and cream can do that, but I like it anyway.

Have a great week guys.

Lots of love, Gail xxx
